Your sole duty as a seller is to respond as soon as possible to a customer inquiry, for this is your potential sale target. If you only responded after 23 days after the inquiry has been posted, you can kiss your sale goodbye.



In your case, you might as well dont respond at all, rather than respond as if nothing had happened, or as if the inquiry was posted yesterday/recently. 23 days, my friend.
