If this is call small job, then those apartment & condo no need to find contractors already.
Just curious, if you are having different contractors for different works, who will start first?

Hope you can find a good contractor soon. 2 months excluding raya and ghost month, by November..... sounds challenging to me. Still, all the best in your reno.
