Can we even buy and play this game despite being excluded from the launch region?

Ping may be excellent but the fps is horrible. Mine can drop from 90fps to a low 10fps in a single movement just by questing. And my computer is beyond its required spec.
From the countless complains on the official TOR forum, it seems it's a problem with the game itself. |
