How does the game time card work? For example, a 60 days prepaid digital game time code allows you to play total time of 60days or does it expire in 2 months regardless you have been playing it or not?

Just wondering whether can I reload a game time code when i still have 20 days of subscription left? Will this add up to 60+20=80Days? or my remaining 20 hours go to waste?
