the problem is the word 'Beer'. when beer itself is haram, how do you make something with the same name halal?
try asking any sane muslim about halal pork and they'll totally say "DUDE WTF MAN." you can't change the stigma, halal beer, halal pork, halal carcass.

since when barbican is beer? doh.gif

Added on July 26, 2011, 2:40 ami made halal bakuteh bfore... but i use chicken instead

if you use cow bone/meat or lamb, its still bakuteh

but if you use chicken, its no more bakuteh. It needs more meat/bones for it to actually mean bak kut. chicken bones are too small. good for some other chicken soups

1. Feed cows with pork+ corn
2. Tada. Halal pork.

There is some evidence that the mutton-like flavour note is detected more readily by
Singaporeans than New Zealanders, and that its source may be from animal products
in pig diets

From that research you can make pork taste like mutton so why not beef taste like pork?

pigs are omnivors and consumes everything

cows are herbivors, they cant digest pork.
