Just wondering, on the footrest for auto transmission persona (see image), what wiring/circuit is there?

user posted image

I'm asking bcos at one time while doing reverse parking and unintentionally stepping hard on it, my horn went off..tried a few time with same result..i always thought the reason my horn goes off by itself sometime (especially during reverse parking) due to faulty steering wheel component...now i realized that might not be the cause...
*
got wiring in the footrest? really got no idea bout it...1st time heard dis issue...
so far no ppl complain bout dis...

*
it is balancing problem...even my car i drive starting frm 130kmh can feel the steering vibrating already...
