the workmanship looks bad, but then again that's the unfortunate reality of a lot of projects in Malaysia, including those by reputable developers because in the end, it's done by bangla and indons

the main problem was that from a legal point of view, they don't have to fix these issues because the 2 years are up. however, if you can kick up enough fuss about it.. they might still do it to prevent further damage to their reputation

don't think customer services officer can do much. best is to use social media and post on their official social media accounts. of course, they might just remove your post. especially if you post on their new developments they are trying to sell, i'm sure they would take notice of you

also you need to stick to the facts in the event they try to use lawyers to shut you up (like the Mah Sing case). remember that truth is never defamatory, so showing the photos and listing of defects is much better than shouting without being backed up by evidence.
