You should bring them to the Housing Tribunal. In my condo there was defect which even after the developer fixed it the problem keeps occurring. Now pass defect period and you can actually bring this to Tribunal and make the developer liable provided have evidence. Apparently, it's before a judge and they are compelled to fixed if judge rules on your side. You don't need a lawyer for this but you do need to fill in paperwork properly.
This particular case the claimant did not fill the forms properly it was "dibatalkan" based on a technicality. The claimant resubmitted again hence there will be another hearing.
