How much to upgrade to beyond, super pack 1

my decoder, upstairs, connected to downstairs with coax cable, can do with beyond decoder?

i have been waiting for 2 weeks

i have been informed that installer has taken my byond set..have tried contacting installer, no reply

byond activated on 8/10/12, i have the sms from astro to prove it.

am i suppose to chase installer, i thot u are suppose to make sure installer does his job

this is very bad service from u

you also did not give any reference number for me to check with astro

very very dissapointed

what has actually happen?
