normally,register account only take 1-2 days after submission.IF there is no problem with the application. Examples of problem are : had register astro before but not installed/already got another account/customers didnt pick-up phone during verification. IF these problems occur,customer need to wait until his/her turn again until they call  back. In these case if customer want quick verification,they can make the verification call themself. How can salesman verify for customer?call the validation team and pretend it was the customer? 

after account created,then again customer need to take turn for installation.this process normally take within 7 days.again IF no problem occur. Examples of problem : customers didnt pick-up phone when installer call for appointment.the installer cant hold the set more than 3 days.what happen?installer need return set to warehouse and need to reassign the case again.

overall process take bout 7-10 days.but dont worry if you are new customer without any bad record and pick-up your phone your astro will install within 7 days. and another 1 thing to mention EURO is coming,after that OLYMPIC. Got so many request to install,so process may took longer than ussual. Dont delay and register now. Just a friendly reminder.
