i already explained to you,the sms u received is only to inform u that ur upgrade application is successful,your super pack wont activate until new smartcard activated which can only be done by the installer. the is no reference number,for any enquiries justy give your account no.in the system mention installer Mr.Pravin assigned for ur case and I already informed you about this too. Its either him didnt take your set from warehouse or some other problem,but i already requested for another installer.pls be patience and sometime case like this happened.sorry for the incovenience happened.

Added on November 15, 2012, 12:52 pmAnd your case,do u realize today is public holiday and u called me at 9 in the morning?just to mention this week is holiday week installation might have some delay bcos most of the installer having holiday.my job is to get your account ready and for the installation is other department.also want to mention i didnt do sales.i put here to do registration service so i can achieve my kpi.you are free to go to the retailers for fast installation but just to remind u installation is fast but u cant watch untill account is activated which is no point too.also you will not get the same promo if you go to retailers out there.
