The entire game is in English if you decide to use an English client, including cinematics, NPC conversation, items. The only downside is communication with other players which is converse in Chinese.then announcement is in chinese, other ppl talk also in chinese(if they use chinese lah i mean)

I'm not sure whether the horde has a similar guild like Coffeenottea, but to answer your question on Guilds who are english players, Coffeenottea would be the largest one out there.
