The most ridiculous part is... they don't advice you to call or sms them to check your purchase status. This sound like a screwed up online shop customer service.

i went to the levaporz's headquarter in cheras to get myself an eVic.
well, basically they only have 1 staff to pick up calls and answer all the enquiries.
despite all that, she is not thoroughly educated about their own product.
the customer who was waiting on the couch had to explain to me on the counter..
there is only 2 people in the store to organize their stock.
even worst, when u enter the shop u will notice their stock are all messed up on the floor.
i just get my eVic and just go...and i saw the counter lady's hp consist of 100+ msg and missed call which she doesnt bother to reply.
