i cant restore my ipad 2 to 4.3.3, help!

Hi guys, I have just got my ipad2 wifi and also did not save the blob before (as i just got it).
Does that mean if i JB, then if anything wrong, I need to upgrade to 4.3.5 and cannot restore to 4.3.3. Is that correct? So if i need to claim warranty or something, I just have to upgrade to latest IOS right? |

Yes. I got it last week actually. But only start using this week because was busy.
