My new house house bathroom comes with very nice tiles.
But i want to have built in water heater without damaging the tiles/minimal hacking of tiles as I need to install mixer(tap),

any advice on this?

built in water heater? is instant type or solar?
If instant I don't think can be built in /conceal. If solar you need to install copper pipe for your hot water and tiles must hack, but only one row of tiles is affected.

not using solar, but electricity.

i want the conceal type, which watre heater n pump are placed on top of the celing.

Is it a very complicated job / costly?

is there any other solution as long as it is conceal and does not need much hacking on the tiles.

I believe you need to hack at least few tiles vertically from ceiling to the mixer level will do. Tiler must cut the only tiles and not hack it out, if hack may damage tiles beside
