Got a few PM's from people asking me bout lipo 6 UC.Used it for 1month & lost 7kg total. And this is w/o any diet, or clean eating.I think if i ate clean i could have easily dropped more.So if you wanna use it 1stly make sure:

- U r sensitive to caffeine. Lipo is a thermogenic, it contains 200mg of caffeine which is the main ingredient. the more sensitive to caffeine u are, the better. But be prepared for sleepless nights If you can drink 7cups of coffee at 10pm and sleep like a baby at 10.30pm, it aint gonna work for you.

- You exercise. Main reason why it worked for me is it made me run longer & lift heavier. caffeine makes you hyper & gives u energy.

Just be warned.Drink water a lot coz youre gonna lose a lot of it sweating.. And be ready for a 'high' feeling for the first 3days of use.
