i read the lipo 6 label and it said the most we can eat is 2 cycle per year. means what ?
i plan to stop for 1 week after this and than continue with the one i purchased from you . am i doing it right?thanks |

by the way, should it be taken only if i feel like exercise for the day. if i intent to skip my workout, should i stop eating it ? I was wondering whether to take everyday or only on working out day which is highly 3-4 times per week.
