i need a good anti-virus, or any other syware remover that not eating the memory too much.

you can give Microsoft Security Essentials a try also. not bad, doesnt bother you at all.

Avast ? you can say so. got positive response from users too hmm.gif
for spyware remover, i suggest Malwarebytes. only affect pc performance while scannning... hmm.gif

Free or Paid?

If you want real-time protection, sure will reduce your memory. Therefore, you need to choose those AV/Protection that comes with Game Mode such as BitDefender or Comodo Firewall because I don't suggest you to disable the real time protection totally unless you make yourself disconnected from the internet.
