Hi,
I have problem with my laptop HD. the bios can detect it but cannot recognise the HD. same story if i take it out and attach it to other CPU. also got sound 'click..click' can the data be recover? Hi TS, got 500g, when connected to mobo, can`t log to windows, only stuck at window logo. But when using linux, still can access it, but not all partition. Can solve this problem? At least want to format it. Please pm.

WD 500GB Passport Essential ... can't read or write ... just faint sound when connected to USB ... data stored in the drive is less than 10% of the drive capacity... what is the estimated service charge for data recovery?
