Chris, Indah Residence may be slightly more expensive and couple of years built. Maybe you can consider Damai Residence 9A since the price is below RM650K.
Furthermore you are working in KL, so Kesas could give you better access to KL although Kesas can be busy at times in the morning rush hour. Like you said, TTDI AI is too quite although I like the environment as well.. |
