Is fantastic but not relevance, Pentas is 2-storey.
The 1st floor 2nd and 3rd room can put 2 King size beds each, family hall also huge...

I like the 2 backroom which is consider huge for DSL and quite length. Both have its own dedicated bathroom. Pentas masterbed room based on the layout a bit small.

Btw, I noticed Pentas 2 slightly cost cutting beside 1ft shorter than Pentas 1. It main entrance door was indicated as flush door, Pentas 1 was solid wood door.

I did checked out canting glass window border. It feel like made of empty plaster cone. You can go checkout yourself.

Ang: My understand is from 1st draw down. That's mean I&P only will absorb less than 6 months interest. Example 1st draw down is Dec, buyers need to paid till 2012 Dec. Then left few months for I&P.

3. How actually I&P to cut off the interest based on the one(1) year loan?

Well, Pentas is history as no more unit left over beside some odd size corner perhaps. So now, Pentas 2 left over for pickup.

IF got show house will be nice, but will require more months to complete. Sample house is more appropriate as they will launch Pentas 3 in Dec/Jan ... not enough time for show house.

EPF can withdraw to paid for remaining 10%? I thought EPF only can used for priciple loan reduction. I might be outdated or wrong.
