55% sold as per 3pm just now. Mostly type A1, A2. Phase 3 confirmed launch before chinese new year. estimated price around 828k and above. same size.

My fren just sapu the last intermediate unit of original Pentas. Still good deal.
BTW your 53% is LO or S&P signed?

S&P signed 40 over units, another 12-13 units sold today prior to S&P. According to the banker i talked to just now.

This is dame good sale figure with that much S&P signed in one weekend. UFO may not require to throw his spec now ...

You still need to sign your S&P along with a RM25,000.00 cheque. Then,the remain 10% deposit within 60 days.

I think it wouldn't take too long to sell it off...anything sold more than 90% within a month is considered good. We cant just benchmark to those "sold out in3 hours" thing everytime...

OK let me quote a show unit which has the similar building size with Pentas (25'x60').
Show house has time & time again proven to be the most powerful selling kit for housing developer to convince their prospect buyers, in order to place theirs' deposit in a shortest time possible. Look at the huge living and dining space...

Is fantastic but not relevance, Pentas is 2-storey.
The 1st floor 2nd and 3rd room can put 2 King size beds each, family hall also huge...

I like the 2 backroom which is consider huge for DSL and quite length. Both have its own dedicated bathroom. Pentas masterbed room based on the layout a bit small.
