Any idea what is the different between pentas 1 and 2? Built up almost same but facade n price per sq ft different rite? Those who buy pentas 1 untung, much cheaper.

one thing i cannot understand.  i&P office close on sat & sun- sometime how to do sales?  ppl normally free weekend mah. furthermore, i dun see them advertise.

and for the future launches with smaller built up, price should be lower 600K++ I guess.
any idea price per sq ft and build up. maybe have to wait a while more before pentas price can appreciate kau kau...

It is not just the mosque at the entrance. It will be an Islamic centre and Islamic school. Usually Islamic centre has nice designs. I don't have a problem with that.

Yes, Im aware there is a mosque there. However, my doubt is that: the mosque will become a Islamic centre/school or AI itself?

As i remember the model show that plot of land at entrance is for mosque and islamic centre. Not AI itself. Not a big issue for me.

pentas 3 still got unit available. As of last week, only 30-40 unit kena sapu. Though the price is more expensive becoz of bigger buildup, price per sq is slight cheaper or same with pentas 2. value buy leh!!

In technical, that is a human made detention pond, which, it will design seem like a pond.

SA once told me that I&P hv oredi submitted plan for pond/lake to MPSA for approval and until it is approve....then only can excavate since its not a natural pond/lake......if tak approve....become park/playground.....that's what i heard....am not to sure oso.....

I think probably the buyer tried the best to get loan and keep on appealing to allow further extension period. Only after months baru tahu really2 cannot get loan. It is a corner lot. so above RM 1 million. D1 type

Judging from your Pentas 2 units, I believe I had made a mistake. For Pentas 2, sold units were 92/101  while Pentas 3 sold units were 51/77. I counted the unsold units for Pentas 2 and 3 previously an I thought Pentas 2 also consists of 77 units. so technically wrong info on Pentas 2. It is actually 91% sold. Pentas 3 also actually 66% sold. my apology
