For number with 4 suffix is ok to chg later, or no chg is ok. I don't think is a big deal.
For facing west, a bit hot afternoon. U need to compare the price vs pentas 3 unit. And see is worth or not worth with extra premium paid.

Btw, for end lot there is one major differences. Pentas1 has sliding side doors at both floors and nice balcony. Pentas2 only has windows no balcony. Also notice Pentas2 intermediate unit facing south/north A bit dark due to no sunroof and porch cover. Facing west unit seem more ok, more light coming in.
Hi UFO, the timberfoor material we noticed some differences ler. Pentas1 look more quality. May be we not expert, but you can double confirm it.
Lastly there is a huge mountain view at right behind highest row pentas 2 and 3. It worth the extra premium.

I advise u to paid a visit and feel the quality of the workmanship. Inp may cut cost on clay brick but use real wood timber floor. If u compare those multimillion high end units nowaday vs pentas, of coz those dev can afford to do all clay. Old time yes, better than clay brick.

Why so happy? You must be Pentas 2 owner:) Me and NK so sad that day after knowing the fact that Pentas 2 bigger masterbedroom and toilet + ceiling height extra 1 ft. Pentas 2 however did win back some points with bigger backroom toilet, car porch tiles, sunroof, staircase brighter, etc. But also Pentas 1 losing more pts on living hall spacious + P2 nicer closet ...
But after go back home and reading all the comments, now I feel better as it is all personal preference. And feel great my future neighbor hood house design better and my pentas also no so bad la.

Hi nk, remember pentas 2 staircase is very dark. The units u mentioned brigh are those facing west. Facing south quite dark last top row.

checkout the lake at pentas 2. We cant finf it that day. May be dry out.

Pentas 1 advantages for fascade, brighter interior, sunroof, maid room design with toilet accessible from wet kitchen and Price 10% discount.

For type a2 definitely brighter than a1a3. But take out lot of interior space. Living and family hall become smaller.
Facade is my personal view only. Some may like pentas 2 design. Also not necessary bigger is better. But definitely pretty sure for higher ceiling most people will like.
