saw that day there's a full operational factory near the end roundabout at alam impian. anyone know what factory is that?

and any idea the hill behind the pentas 2. will it be leveled?

Does this factory affect air quality in the area?

i dont think so. i never seen any smoke coming out. the factory also looks like not good in business. no noise or anything.

I was there the past saturday, appareantly there's a lot of smoke came out. Suspect that the factory is at jalan bukit kemuning. As i can only view the top part of the factory, at the u-turm roundabout to pentas.

Really? Hmm, maybe at the time i went there, never seen any smoke. i realized the factory have steel rods there but not really sure what factory it is

Do you have any problem so far? I am getting a lot of problem from this lady called RxHani. She hasnt been answering my calls, replying to my sms or emails and never return my calls.

I feel like giving up already. I was thinking of her "periuk nasi" and thats why never complain but now I feel like a sohai and ready to give a piece of my mind. Maybe she feels that a 7 figures deal is small but for me I think it is a huge amount. Never respect customer at all.

i am so fed up already. last time when she wanted me to get the loan, she acted so nice and very attentive. Now after I signed, her true colours started showing. BS. Nobody here taking any loan from her aaa? Just want to know if you have experienced what I have experienced here

RHB customer service, got her boss' number and kasi a piece of my mind. suddenly just now Rxiamalameasshani called and sms me. now only i got her attention. WTF

Yeah pushing is one thing but this one never answer calls, never reply sms, never return calls. Maybe she always deal with 8 figures deal. so 7 seems small. Really dissapointed.

What is interest rate in SG? Maybe sg goverment dont encourage you keep money in bank, thats why FD interest is low, they encourage you either spend it or invest it, probably they wan u invest in property thats why their interest rate is low ...

interest rate is below 3 percent. If i remember correctly shud be ard 1.5 to 2 percent. Though their hse price expensive but borrowing cost much lower. Of coz u put money in fd koyak lah...
