My guess is Arca/Karya may need to follow Canting to setup community .. I&P sold out these units, they won't re-invest back for precinct 1.
But also surprise as mentioned by UFO taikor, Pentas onward will have fence. But I&P is reluctant to advertise it ... Not sure what is the logic behind of this developer!! |

when future DSL launching price reach >900K, whatever left over pentas bad fengsui units sure get sapu and become hot selling units. That's why I&P never worry abt F1 corner units for now.

Some cons:
1) doors use flush material, not real timber. Except for front main door. 2) Staircase is a bit narrow. Toilet is small. 3) Inetrmediate Kitchen 1x1 tiles and have few inches step down. Other than these, i would agree to UFO, quality is superb!! |
