That means the house value per unit is averagely at rm400k. Land value is the balance?
Hmmm... Pretty steep. |

Pentas 2 is worth for ~12% premium over Pentas 1. Pentas 2 with courtyard house is not ready, but can notice living hall is a lot smaller based on the piles concrete. Onemore thing, cannot find the lake on the west side. The worker there said never saw any lake there. We lazy to continue do searching for it due to hot sun and big truck blocking our way. |

To me, at least 20' as my current premise is 17 1/2 and I feel I need bigger.
Pillar less? Depends la. Some like it some hate it. To me, I don't mind if it is practical. |
