Actually the shortfall figures I don't really believe. Even if there is a shortfall, unless you could put everyone into high end landed, highrise, studios, SOFO etc, else the market is simply not fulfilling that demand (mass market).
To think of it, the statement should read 'there is alot of froth on numerous products in certain locations'. Eg PJ highrise I don't trust the price. But the limited available land for launches probably might have saved the investors .. |

Actually I don't mean sales figure ... but anyway .. I trust I&P is quite ethical in this figures coz they too lazy to manipulate it anyway haha..
