Added on March 24, 2012, 11:01 pmdue to the angle of the sky roof.....no direct sunlight comes in but enuf light to brighten the staircase.....and surprisingly.....no shadow r created by the lower steel cage.....nevertheless....i do like the look of it.....guess u hv to be there to see and maybe appreciate it...

Being chased out yesterday duevto kids accompanied.
Then drive to putra perdana ne launch reflexion villa pool super link. 24x85 gross 4000ft with swim in pool at 2nd floor. 22 ft ceilingnheight glass.
And wet kitchen ~6.5 ft, dry kitchen and living room almost same size as pentas. Got 20 ft garden street at backyard. 2 units left 1.2m.
Worth to visit to get an idea, show unit design 2x better than d island and 16 Sierra laden.

Basically 1st impression very good, house layout only suits certain group of families, best for young couple without kid.
The best part of the house is not double volume ceiling (coz it eats away the 1st floor 2 rooms' space) but the backyard with landscaping and 5 feet stairs. Sea level 52m is fine.

This is truth as the location wise Not easy to find like hiding a secret wife in isolated place. Very hard to imagine Nusantara launch this type of design in that area.
No guess room at gnd room, totally no care of elder folk.kids need to climb 2 floors to reach their room. anyhow surprise with the sale figure with 2 biji left. Not sure why so many family looking for attractive lady in the desert.

I think it's d cyberjaya pull n also low psf 4 spectacular hall. If in bp or dpc be 2x or3x d price.

Also,they don't give non-bumi 2nd class treatment like our coconut bro at temasya yday. Wait like tlg,then say no more non-bumi lot. As if the house is free.

U ask in InP thread ... So ... The answer is .... Actually i am not sure also la. But right now better buy u only got choice of inp only. Around 250 psf for pentas 2. Last zircona 250psf gng by ttdi sold out. Next phase it wont be that cheap, zircona is cheaper maybe due to it promixity to surau. Pentas 2 , 250 psf i think is still a good buy. Quality inp should be ok. Location, ok connected by highways. Just comercial abit lacking, still need to wait for few more years, zzzzzz .....

Proper fencing and gated security. Beide this, there is lot more to compare such as build quality, psf price, design, location. Most important is your feel and u need to judge it yourself.

TTDI AI is not Guarded? I thought their design is catered for fence and guarded to be managed by RA? No?
