If I remembered correctly Aquina 24x80 previously sold for ~750K. Now phase 5 24x75 ~770K, not much price increase after 8 months. You are right, with fencing proper gated + club house, sure can beat I&P up coming Pentas 3.

720K is much cheaper than Pentas now ... somemore gated ...

Pentas3 800k may in trouble now with zircona launching.

Aquina somehow had beaten pentas2 with intermediate sold off now. What i&p thinking about their upcoming vs zircona!

My guess is yes as for 3400++, each floor roughly has 1700sqft. With 25 fixed width, min length is 65ft ... The house will look very spacious with wet kitchen fully extend + 1st floor rooms size all bigger. It covered Pentas 1 reno extend fees with extra rm100K ... Pentas 3 real worth the price.

Betul! D Island got 2 type of show unit, one is 25x100 corner, the other is 22ft end lot. It is very close to my current house, visisted twice. The price is almost 2x Pentas.

I agree the b/u is 100% wrong for 25x85. With 3499sqft for 2 storey, each floor is 1750sqft or 70ft length. This left 15 ft for front and back which is not possible. The only possible is I&P this time include all carporch and back yard area into it Gross b/u calculation. If based on previous Pentas calculation, it need to deduct ~200swft min for each type of Pentas 3 declare b/u by I&P.

Pentas 1 2nd progressive 15% received. Building structure should be finished by now.

1st day of dispursement. I think most Pentas 1 will have to paid for 2012 interest. Starting from 2013 I&P absorbed the interest charge.
