Well you can compare both Leafz and Central Soho with unit view, car park, facilities. you buying for your own stay? i assume your unit is pool view right? mine is S2 unit (731sf) , pool view, 2 car parks. around RM450k. |

Added on December 23, 2011, 8:57 pmi just got offer already bank B (conventional with full flexi plan) already, 90% loan for BLR -2.4%, first 3 years lock in (5% penalty if fail to lock in). was it a good deal?
Bank A only can offer 70%.
Bank C, still waiting for the offer.

If this benchmark with the Leafz... ..then The Leafz is safer bet...
