 Triple H workout routine, comment pls

I just saw this triple h routine and he state that this is mainly for beginners. the routine is as follow

Day 1: Chest (Heavy)
Incline bench press: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps
Flat bench press: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps
Dumbbell press: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps
Lateral raises or upright rows: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps
Triceps pushdown: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

Day 2: Back, Biceps, Legs (Light)
Wide grip pulldown: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell rows: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Hyperextensions: 1-2 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell curls: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Barbell curls: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Leg extensions: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Legs curls: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps
Calf raises: 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

Day 3: Chest (Light)

he is working the same parts 2 time per week and it doesnt look that beginner to me.. I thought its best to just workout out 1 part per week for best recovery process ? Any sifus comment on this ?

Triple H from Wrestlemania? he never said how heavy or lite. maybe it's his routine for beginner wrestlers in da US leh?

At the end of the day, it's all a variation of a basic bodybuilding workout. If you follow a template workout all the time without listening tonyoir body and not learning to adapt, you're doomed to failure and stagnation.

Triple H workout is ok only... Try brock lesnar.. hahaha.. After hardcore workout, put yourself in ice cold bathtub... icon_rolleyes.gif
