hi everyone newbie here, just wan to make clear that is the viber allows to call or text even without wifi? or it charge on 3g? one stupid question to ask, any difference with skype? May consider buying 1 android phone for this apps =) thanks

lets say i have viber, my friend has viber we using viber as a platform to call or we still need our own individual sim in order to make call?
Basically without wifi, using 3g it will cost charges base on the teleco plan? kind of confusing here sorry
