Right after installing Viber, it force close. My stock samsung galaxy ace (Froyo 2.2) launcher failed to launch. Forced to install Launcher Pro. Uninstall Viber and reinstall. Same problem encounter by the stock samsung launcher. Anyway ditched the samsung stock launcher.

Don't really know which program that is colliding with Viber. All I know immediately after installing Viber, the Force Close error message appeared and can't launch any icons. Have to then install Launch Pro through the internet to get the phone working again.

When I press the "Message" icon on the standard key pad and then press "Viber" on the "Complete action using" pop up screen, the force close message appeared (see attachment).

Still having the same problem with the standard froyo launcher. I have seen ditched it for launch pro. Am I the only one having that problem. If yes then it must be some other programs that I installed that causing this.

Also - about the new problem you described now, can you please try to elaborate on the exact steps by which we can recreate this bug? Start from the beginning, step-by-step, so we can test it here in our labs.

1) Select the standard froyo dialer.
2) Tab on the messaging icon
3) Select Viber from the "Complete action using" pop-up screen

However there is no issue when I select Viber from the ""Complete action using" pop-up screen for voice call.

1) Indicator to indicate who is on or offline.
2) Customizable notification tone

Will the online indicator be in the next update. Kind of useful to know who are on and who are not.

One issue which I have occasionally, which I can live with, is when I exit Viber, the icon dissappears for a while and then reappeared again but it's grayed.

Viber 2.03 is in the market for update.

Call a friend in UK on viber. He can't hear me clearly but I can hear him as if he is in Malaysia. My internet connection speed is 100Mbps.

Messaging response was very fast.

Same here always get poor quality when calling overseas. Voice call using Skype until can get better quality from viber.

I've switched to fring. It is much clearer and better reception when talking to my friend in UK. Just like a local call. Both us can hear one another loud and clear.

Have not tried the fring's video call.

New version cannot call older version. Message saying old version new upgrading before we can call those with older version.

Fonts too small for my liking. Search around the setting, but can't find way to increase the fonts. Find it difficult to read, so uninstall and back to using whatsapp.
