3 years of onsite service? thats a damn good deal I must say..

just sit home and they`ll come service your laptop. unlike me driving all the way to the service centre.. wasting my time and money man..

update on my notebook.. they said something is wrong with memory.. its a DOA case but Im in a hurry... damn it..

BSOD usually problem with Memory Dump. that was the RAM problem, like desktop to overcome bsod problem - need to replace with gaming memory RAM - current RAM in GE620DX now is "nanya" if not mistaken

Didn't see the any GE series at IT Fair just now.

It's RM3299 there though but it wasn't onsite warranty from what the salesperson told me. It was also pickup and send to their service centers which are actually quite a lot of the scattered across the country.

I think you mean DX series.

GE620DX is using Elixir brand ram.

From my BSOD, its caused by sleep mode where all the data and etc are stored in the RAM. So it could most probably due to RAM or mainboard`s fault..

@swordsmen,

so did you get to check your unit?
