I use cooler master u2. one positioned at left palm area and another one at right side, blowing at the vent.

will U3 be too big?

not sure. the u2 fit perfectly. only the side din cover by the board but it doesn't matter cause the fans are not there anywhere. u3 got 3 fans so..
but i saw a forumer modded his u2 into a quite powerful cooler. so its really up to you.

not sure. but i notice the left palm area tend to get hot when playing game in ultra settings without air conditioner

i like u2/u3 because of the portability of the fan to move around. some fans just cannot shoot at the right position.

What are your CPU and GPU temps with cooler, and what software do you use to measure the temps?

I din use any software to check my temp. too lazy to do so.

i bought this lappy last month and i soon realized that it has
- no webcam software (got driver only)
- limited nvidia control panel access control features (??)

just want to know, the power button LED colour should be blue or orange? cuz sometimes mine turned orange while on normal usage..

when gaming, my GPU temp is constantly 93C.

damn high temp. so far i have not experience issues, but i'm afraid the gpu lifespan will be shortened considerably.

you guys got crazy gpu temp too?

the LED is alternating Blue and Orange on mine.. not big deal.. lol..

is there a way to disable GPU clock throttle? every time the GPU reaches 93C, it halves the clock speed.

Reapply thermal paste and clean the HSF so it wont reach 93c.
