i think it is normal, due to battery circuit protection to prevent overcharge

the battery does not charge when plugged in when its at 95%. so your laptop is running on just AC power.

Regarding the wear level. Its pretty weird. I got mine with 0% but now its 4% already.. I tried battery calibration once but it remained at 4%.

did you charge the battery for 8 hours before using it?

the battery come with the laptop is charged 98% so... well u know... no charging done =.=" (but it was edi 4% wear, and the box was totally sealed, the big brown box and the msi laptop box)

and yesterday nite i use the battery and charge it till full and put it there for like 3 hours and turn it off... this morning is just like what the screenshot show.... rclxub.gif

Im not sure how much percent my battery came when I first bought but the first thing I did was to charge it 8 hours straight with the laptop off.. overnight basically..

Probably its just some circuit in the battery not properly heated up yet for use.

Well.. you've gotta ask MSI regarding this matter.

1 to 1 exchange within 7 days means that if you find any problems with the laptop within 7 days of purchase date. you can get a 1 to 1 exchange directly instead of having to send it back to service centre for repairs etc.

I had BSOD problem when i first got my GE620DX and I did the 1 to 1 exchange.

how can I access to the fan? I can't remove the cover over the ram compartment, feel like it has another interior screw that lock the cover up.

there are total 4 screws under the GE620DX backpanel

2 screws should be visible, 1 is under the warranty sticker, another one you have to plug out the battery only can see it.
