Hi,
Take a look at these : LINK Obviously I cant afford to own such big homes, the new home I'll be moving in would be a standard lot size, and i plan to renovate its exterior to have a similar "modernistic" design as those in the link. Im kinda new in all these.. And i have no idea what should i do to realise this coming dream xP Any guidelines ppl? |

haha...give the job to professional Design & Build company sure no problem...those uncle-uncle contractor usually don't get the idea....

Are they(MPSJ, mppj, etc) approve for this kind of "modernistic" exterior totally renovate?

May end up the Outlook is not the same as the approved document.
Example: Car park area in the document are 15 feets away from main gate, end up it was less than 5 feets.... If MP didn't Kacah than OK lol...else you will be in trouble. |
