My iPhone 3Gs (with latest iOS) uses data (3G and wifi) when it's sitting idle. Anybody knows why? I'm using Dataman to monitor the data usage btw.

Yeah. Ok.

Another question is why my iPhone uses 3G data even though I'm connected to wifi? And at times, it uses both at the same time. Is it normal? hmm.gif

I downloaded (purchased) an app called Dataman. It monitors my data usage and it shows how much I've used for 3G and Wifi. Whether it is accurate or not, I'm not sure.

if ur wifi connection not so strong or disconnected it will use the data to connect automatically..

Erm... I get full bar since I'm always near to the wireless router. Maybe it's the latter reason. hmm.gif

The battery for my 2 years old iPhone 3Gs (with latest OS) depletes by half (from full charge) overnight. Is it normal?
