You know wats weird...b4 downloadin the latest itunes...it ask me to update to ios 4.3.4. After updating new itunes ask me to update 4.3.5. Weird

hi everyone, im having problem with my personal hotspot iphone 4. im currently on ios 6.1. when i turn it on, my lappy can detect it and manage to establish a connection but the signal task bar on my lappy shows no internet connection. btw this is through wifi. then i tried through usb cable connection and it works. any idea whats the problem here?
