Anyone using an iPhone 4 without a screen protector? Does it have scratches on the screen?

I see, I'm using an anti fingerprint screen protector since day 1, but I'm getting annoyed by it. It keeps getting scratched, but the main problem is, it makes my screen unclear. No use having retina display

I deleted some songs using iFile, but the list in iPod is still the same. Can I somehow refresh the list?
