iPhone 4, never jailbrake before, local DiGi set
it is something like this. the button work fine, but the software/firmware that got problem i suspect.
iPhone is not jailbroken, currently running on iOS 6.1.3 (believe it is the latest one)
anyone know how to solve this problem?

problem:
1. the volume bar did not appear when i press the volume button
2. all the applications are muted even though the mute button is not in mute position.

i have already tried:
1. Reset Setting in the Settings, Reset section
2. iOS update
3. DFU restore

the problem still occur after restore.

still can claim warranty?

nearly 2 years.. dang! anyone had an experience on fixing this issue? around how much they will cost? darn it all of a sudden this problem came...

should i, 1) bring it back to DiGi or 2) bring it to apple authorized seller?
