Hi dear, is it possible to lose 5kgs by drinking this product? Can it be drink on a long term basis? Does it cause any side effect?

I have consumed slimming pills from China before this and also some slimming coffee and so on. The effect is marvellous at first but after that I can't see it worked on me anymore. Wanted to know whether this can help.
