its bcoz i bought a used glxy mini from mudah,,
n lost the seller number..

no prob until i check the wrnty (IMEI)
n its not being registered yet..
so i go there samsung mines said that they can help me register,,
with condition,,buy anything from there..

but i got no budget..if got glxy mini battery myb i buy..
