Hi Guys

I am looking for a new phone, which I want to give as a birthday present for my dad.
he is not very good in gadget thingy and IT.
So, i plan to get a cheap / reasonable smartphone for him as starter.
my target is:

Brand :Sony Ericsson or Samsung (bcoz iPhone is too expensive )
Budget : Below RM500
Specs : preferable Android, does not solely depends on Qwerty keyboard because my dad dont like it
Type/Size : any size

hopefully anybody can share their ideas
i was thinking for Samsung Galaxy Y, or Samsung Mini or maybe Samsung Galaxy Ace.
but not sure if its Ok or not

but is samsung galaxy mini really comfortable?
i just worried its too complicated becoz my dad is used to have Nokia.
LoL... its kinda difficult to get a person to change their interest

what if i want to buy nokia phone that range below rm500 for my dad present?
what's the best choice do i have?
preferably without qwerty keyboard.
