Looking for a nice looking phone for my friend, any phone recommended? budget around rm350.. it's enough to have a not-so-bad camera, good appearance, clear screen. can suggest a few phones to him?

If able, with touch screen. but if without touch screen the specs would be better, then better recommend no touch screen.

i don't think arc and sgs are selling at around 1k..

3. Specs = nice looking, camera, touch screen (if without touch screen the specs are better, then better no touch screen)
