3. Specs : big screen, good camera (if have front camera better but not a must), clear &loud speaker (for answer call), free GPS, Wifi,

Samsung Galaxy Ace, Huawei Ideos X5, Nokia C6-01, HTC Wildfire S which one better? Got others choice?

Currently using C510, mostly use for call and take photo.
