Looking for new phone, within next 2-3 months... Current phone is Nokia E71 (haven't updated the firmware since I bought it in 2008, paiseh)


1. HTC or Samsung preferably, but any ANDROID smartphone that fits can consider (I refuse to use anything running Windows Mobile or iOS).


2. ~RM1200; if there's any RM1k and below I will be very happy.


3. Good screen and user friendly UI, wifi, bluetooth and 3G a must, don't care so much about camera or looks-- hopefully fast performance with no hung apps. Will be using mostly for normal phone functions, emphasis on SMS; read ebooks, surf the internet with Facebooking, play games (what else is App Market for LOL) Flash a bonus but not necessary.


4. Smartphone, so touchscreen candybar, most likely? Size is not really an issue, so long as it's not too much bigger or heavier than my E71 (114 x 57 x 10 mm, 127 g)


Lastly, the phone needs to be solid with good build quality-- I can't afford a phone that will die if you drop it by accident on the floor. I really don't care if it looks fugly as long as it works very well and can stand rough handling.
