Hi Sifussss, please help me up on choosing best price-ratio mobile phones, thank you very much biggrin.gif

1. Brand - Well.. I'm a Nokia fan.. but doesn't matter for now (probably only shift back when Nokia has N8 successor again)
2. Budget - Around 1k
3. Specs - I prefer decent camera quality, and like to surf a lot from mobile phone.. FM transmitter if possible (but only Nokia has it?)
4. Type/Size - Touch, 3.5" and above

Well.. I've searched around, it seems SE RAY, Arc matches the camera quality part?
But Samsung Galaxy W wins over processor though D:
Nokia 701 has FM transmitter but the camera is EDOF.. sigh -.-

Arc ? Arc S for good camera so far..

Ahh.. Thanks for comment bro, but eventually i think Arc already exceed my budget so i have to let go xD

Now I decided to narrow down to Xperia Neo, Samsung Galaxy W or Nokia 701 already.. dunno which to choose -.-

ya other than nokia is good on camera, Sony Ericsson also not bad
both of them also good, doesn't say which brand better biggrin.gif
ya, ray, arc / arc s, but also got neo, pro and others that release this year and using 8MP camera
yup, overall samsung galaxy w is better
or u can consider SE xperia arc s
hahaha yala, both camera are decent actually XD
and thx for ur comment bro, I think Neo is more suitable choice than Arc for my budget now xD

Would you guys help me to decide which should I go now please?dilemma sad.gif

2.Samsung Galaxy W
Pros: faster processing power, cheaper price tag as in ORI set

3. Nokia 701
Pros: FM transmitter, larger in-built memory, USB OTG, NFC

To be honest I'm a little skeptical of AP set warranty.. dunno is it hard to claim or not, that's why only consider about samsung galaxy W sweat.gif

for me i go for galaxy w bah
coz although xperia neo release so long already, still don't have ori set malaysia, duno wat SE malaysia doing =.=
another reason i ask u go for W because when next time u wan sell it, more people would prefer buy ori set than ap set to claim warranty
*
Ya also -.-
And now I just noticed that Neo's imaging capability isn't that impressive nia -.-
urgh.. I better go for samsung galaxy W (or top up a little for nokia 701...), wonder will it get the ICS update or not XD

Woah.. since Galaxy Ace also got, maybe we can assume Galaxy W will get it too? tongue.gif

Oh by the way.. Do you guys recommend LG optimus 2x over Samsung Galaxy W?
Heard that it's cheapest dual core around and powered by nvidia? Why is it so cheap lol? O.o

Hey every sifuss, it's me again, this time were to ask on behalf of my sis sweat.gif

So my sis is facing dilemma in choosing 3 phones right now, which are
- iphone 4s, galaxy note, and galaxy SII

She was interested with galaxy note the most, but then became skeptical when my elder sis told her that galaxy note has just being nominated as "the worst phone of the year"
(I wonder where did she get this info, never heard any of this news doh.gif )

Can anyone share some thoughts on choosing a phone for her?
She don't have any specific requirement for her new phone since she's quite a noob in smartphones xD
But then she wants a decent quality camera on it if possible (not necessary to be superb though)
Thank you in advance! notworthy.gif

4s ! sure no regret go for it..

if ur sis wan bigger screen 5.3" then NOTE is the best choice!!
*
4s really got such good huh? O.o
My sis really liking the bigger screen of Note, and she almost bought it until my elder sis stopped her -.-
Thanks for the input by the way thumbup.gif

QUOTE(kae7 @ Dec 27 2011, 01:08 AM)
i still suggest iPhone 4S , get the data plan with it.. [suggest buy from Maxis or Digi]

galaxy note isn't the worst phone of the year..., for some reason it maybe have a bug/something that need to be fix or tweak

it is also big...
iPhone 4S kinda sexy and smaller...  thumbup.gif
*
Wah another vote for 4s, is it really that good? sweat.gif
Why Celcom data plan is not included geh? Mind to explain please?
From what I heard la, some ppl say if you make calls more than RM50 per month, better go for Celcom instead of Digi, otherwise, Digi the best, kinda confuse -.-

I suggest her SII over Note though, but she don't want get the same phone as my eldest sis one derp ._.
