go for following phone for following reason :

htc evo 3d = wanna 3d display and camera + play game in 3d(if go for this phone, take a look also for LG optimus 3d, not bad too)
htc sensation = better camera MP than evo 3d abit(u get this phone rather get samsung galaxy s2, of course different people got different opinion)
iphone 4 - for entertainment, because got tonne of apps to let u download from app store
